G'day,

I am unable to find the serial number cards for komplete/guitar rig stuff with my S1 2.x packaging. I've had it installed for a few years but have always recorded acoustic stuff. Now I've started using guitar rig, It wont let me use it for more than a few minutes without registering. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Log into your Presonus account, go to your Dashboard, click on the link next to Studio One 2 Professional, where it says "Get all content". Scroll down to Extra Downloads and just below that you should see your Product Keys for Komplete Elements 8 and Melodyne Essential. That's the product key you put into NI's Service Centre to register it.

Serial number invalid. Triple checked. Tried twice. Is there anything else I can do?

Maybe I registered Komplete when I first installed the software, but Guitar rig keeps coming up as demo only.
