First off I'm new to Studio One. This is actually my first DAW software. So if I sound ignorant, I probably am when it comes to this program and it's functionality.

Here is my setup to begin with...
Studio One v3 artist
HP quad core pc with 8 gigs ram
Akai Advance 49 keyboard
JL audio studio monitors

I'm in song record mode in studio one. I'm trying to have the software record the keys as I play them. It never seems to play back the sound with the timing I played them at. It speeds up what I play every time. I've tried to make sure the quantize is off. I've also tried to quantize at every possible note level. Still, the sounds are never on the same timing in which I played them. Any suggestions on what it might be? I'm thinking it can't be rocket science. I'm hoping it's just a click or box I'm not checking somewhere.

In Studio One, on the MIDI tab under Options -> Advanced, there's a "Record Offset" parameter which might fix your issue:
