I've had the Sphere subscription for a few years now. However, I can't get it to upgrade to 6 at all. The Shortcut on my screen says "Studio One 5." When I got to Help.> About Studio One, it says I'm using version 5.5.2. If I go to the Start Page and Check for Updates, it tells me I'm up-to-date but says Installed version 5.5.2.86528, and the Current Version shows the same. My Sphere subscription is current.

I'm not sure what I'm missing. Do I need to end the Sphere subscription and rejoin with an S1P subscription?
