This has annoyed me with Studio One since forever, that if you create a taskbar shortcut for the application, when you launch it, it still creates another icon on the taskbar showing the running instance instead of doing what most Windows apps appear to do by default, just highlight or underline the existing taskbar icon when it's running.
I stumbled on a way to get that behavior. Launch Studio One first and then right click the icon that appears in the taskbar when it's running and "Pin to Taskbar". Now whenever you run Studio One it will highlight that one existing shortcut, not make a second one, like most apps do by default.. Might be old news to some but anyway... |
