This windows application allows safe starting Studio One with any or all services disabled (like with no plug-ins loading) in the event that Studio One will not start for some reason or if you want to configure services before starting Studio One.

It only ticks the 1's an 0's on Services.settings and also sets the one startup option in Studio One.settings (the startup dropdown) to get out of a startup loop if the last loaded song is crashing and it's set to load the last song. It's perfectly safe. If anyone wants the source code let me know and I'll post it. As relates to Studio One, those two files are rather benign, and can't really break anything and can be literally deleted at any time.
