Installing Additional Content

I've been trying to load the Vengeance soundset that i downloaded into S1 dragging into Sounds window and also placing file in the Sounds folder but when S1 loads it says Vengeance failed to install.
Am i doing something wrong?
I'm on a Mac.
Macbook Pro, Core i7 2.8GHz, 16GB RAM
500 GB SSD Mercury Extreme Int. Drive
Thunderbolt Duo ext. drive.

Hello guy's this is my first post here
so.. i get this errors when i try to install Studio One pro

i try many solution lake drag and drop the set to S1 pro and replace it from directory and reinstall s1.. please give me a solution & sorry for my bad english..
Ps: Other set work's fine :arrow:

Hey folks;

Had a virus attack and had to redo my setup. Can't seem to get all the "packets" to re-install; keep getting installation failed error. 8 packets to go. Any help or insight would be appreciated..
