Studio One 2.6.2 not recognizing my CME Xkey

Is anyone using Xkey with Studio One successfully?

I can't get it to work. Studio One doesn't recognize it even when I "reconnect" it by hotswapping.

The CME site says its compatible with Studio One.

Did you go into the Options/External Devices and map out/set up a keyboard for it?

Make sure you are using the latest drivers. Also, uninstall and then reinstall with keyboard disconnected... shut down... reconnect keyboard... power up.
