I have been having quite a few issues with Studio One, but the latest has brought me to a standstill. I have had the program crash fairly often and, at times, the drag and drop function stopped working--could not drag presets to tracks or drag tracks whatsoever. For that issue I had to restart my computer to fix. But the biggest issue right now is simply that I am unable to load tracks. It will load presets and such and then just stop responding altogether. The only way out is to end the task in the task manager.
I am fairly new to Presonus and am still learning. What I could find on the forums did not work. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. I do see that the power usage is very high and I suspect it's a problem with the plugins, but honestly I have no idea. Any help would be wonderful. Update:
I removed all of the plugins from the plugin folder and restarted. The song loaded quickly without an issue though, of course, with errors due to the lack of plugins. So I quit, dragged the plugins back and restarted. This time it loaded fine, but will not play. So yeah, I'll stop experimenting considering I have no real idea what I'm doing. Perhaps the information will help somebody on here understand what may be going on. Thanks in advance! |

It sounds a lot like a plug-in issue. Which plug-ins are in your song? Have you tried to remove single plug-in to see if the issue goes away?
