SOLVED HELP!! Upgraded to 6.6 and now MIDI instruments will not respond. MIDI input is registering

Hello,

I upgraded to 6.6 and now none of my external controllers will sync with my virtual instruments. I have tried removing all of them and adding back as another user suggested, but this did not help for me.

In the MIDI monitor I can clearly see the notes coming in from my main controller ( Arturia Keylab 61 mkII), and in the Controller rollout where you can MIDI LEARN controls, I do see the keys responding in the window as well, so Studio One is responding to my external device.

I also checked the MIDI channels to confirm that the instrument is listening on the correct channel that is being broadcast.

Any suggestions on what to do next? I am dead in the water with any kind of MIDI tracking.

Running on a Mac Studio M1 Ultra 64GB Ram.

Here is a screen shot of the Midi notes being recognized. The virtual instruments themselves are not responding. Doesn't matter what midi channel.

If you record on an instrument track, are the notes being recorded? And if you play the track, does the instrument play the notes?

Oh man.... You are free to flog me with a bucket of rubber chickens! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: , or at least fart in my general direction, LOL!

Darn that monitor button! I work on another system in pro-tool 8.5 (yeah, I have the old HD2 ACCELL stuff) on another setup. Midi works differently and my brain just didn't switch workflows.

Ugh... well, on the good side, problem solved... :punk:
