I am currently trying to write a support ticket via the My PreSonus webpage to report an issue I'm having with Studio One 6 Professional but it doesn't let me because it says that in order to open a new ticket I have to "activate my account" which I already did years ago. Still I decided to go to the activation link from 2021 on my email in just in case but when I click the link it just leads me to my account page on My PreSonus.
