Hi songwish team,

just wanted to let you know a quick solution on OSX latest, intel chip 2019. In case either of you get such a strange support question.

Issue:
when having purchased reMIDI2 and having it not installed into studio one 6 - or any previous Sphere version, then buying an update license to reMIDI3, then installing just reMIDI3 to use it in Studio one 6. I encountered a second delay from reMIDI to instrument play. After closing Studio one 6 and restarting it I got an Apple error message. After that no sound was possible but the signal was being send to the instruments - at least the meters next to the instrument did show action but not audio was transferred to the mixer.

Solution: I installed reMIDI2 next to the existing reMIDI3 and all is working ok now. No delays, no issues .
