This is kind of ridiculous, because it doesn't belong here, but I can't post a support ticket. Because..

... the 'Sign In' button on https://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us doesn't work. If I click it to sign in, I just get redirected back to that same page, with a different URL.

I've cleared my cookies and disabled all ad-blockers and similar but it still does it. The site is broken. I can log in to this forum but the support site authentication is obviously a bit more flimsy.

Can a moderator escalate this to a member of staff please? I have a support ticket waiting for my response which I can't view because it won't let me log in.
