I think all you need to do is copy and paste (or merge) your entire "Macros" folder from one system to the other and everything should be the same. The xml file that determines what it looks like is in that folder with your macros and having all the same macros should also keep all the bindings for the buttons (I think).

The other consideration is maybe also exporting and also copying over the key command setup if you are also triggering macros via key commands, so you don't have to do that again either.
