DelTomix wroteI discovered that export mixdown on a multi-instrument omits some (sometimes all) sustain events. I had to go back to 6.0.2 to get a usable mixdown. The realtime playback has no issue so you wouldn't know until you review the mixdown result.

Moving the same event to direct (non-multi) instrument track has no issue. I tested repeatedly including a new song and exporting/re-importing the part as an audioloop

Yes, it's a known issue which will be resolved in a next maintenance update.

This is a savage bug for those using Studio One for work, particularly because you won't notice it if you are trusting your last playback... I wish there was a way to be warned by email of this kind of critical bugs because they can waste a lot of our time.

PreAl wroteI'm quite surprised there isn't a sticky thread with a price list. I did not realise Pro 6 upgrade was £89. That's a sweet spot, I may jump on the bandwagon tomorrow although I'll probably wait for 6.1.1 to upgrade, once the new bugs with new functionality have been ironed out (early days) or go with the previous patch.

I did it, I upgraded Pro 5, but I installed 6.0.2 (6.1.0 doesn't seem ready for the big time IMHO, that's normal for a major point release and I'm not bothered, I'll wait for 6.1.1, I hope they take their time and don't rush it out).

Purchase wasn't fun, it rejected my credit card twice, well I submitted payment and the button went dead and nothing happened, no error message or anything. Paypal worked. I hope I haven't paid for this three times.

Installation was straightforward, the only new content however was the manual and a song demo (impressive, nice video track to review)? If that's all whilst I'm surprised, I'm quite happy not having to download a whole load of extra soundsets I'm never going to use anyway...

One thing I forgot to add, during V6.0.2 installation it complained I had a third party firewall so it could not add port bypass rules which is understandable, however not telling me what ports and protocols need to be bypassed in that message is extremely unhelpful.

I too am having trouble with the web site accepting my upgrade. I enter the needed info and click to complete the transaction and nothing happens. Tried Windows, Apple, multiple browsers, all having the same result. Clearly Presonus wants to increase revenue with the spring sale, but it's strange that the most fundamental requirement to achieve that objective, the purchase button, doesn't work.

I had exactly that problem with my visa credit card, I think they have a big issue here I hope they are paying attention if they want revenue. Try PayPal.

Well it's definitely the method of payment they are having issues with, I've seen others complain about it in these forums. Try alternative methods available/cards.

Followed your advice and switched to a different card, and it worked. Apparently their e-commerce provider, BlueSnap, likes Amex but doesn't like Visa.

Holy cow that's agile!
Perhaps they've got time to fix their payments system now.

Drum Monkey is now crashing after updating to 6.1. Studio one 6.0 and Drum Monkey was working fine. As soon as I update to 6.1 Drum Monkey crashes every time I load it and click the big red button. The only thing that changed between when it worked and now that it doesn't was the update to Studio One 6.1. So I have to conclude that there is something wrong with Studio One 6.1 that is causing the crash!

Sorry but it doesn't work that way, you cannot jump to the conclusion that the last piece of software.is the cause.of crashing another piece of software. Software has dependencies and libraries may need updating, everything needs to be kept up to date with each other. If this were the case all your other plugins would crash too.

We.don't know your OS. We also don't know what type of plugin you are running (VST3?). Best update your signature.I suggest to be absolutely clear.

If it's Windows make sure it's up to date with Windows update, and also make sure your plugin is up to date. Make sure you are on 6.1.1. Also try it with a new project and a blank template.

If you still.have issues I suggest.you create a ticket with the people who make drum money and ask them to test at their end with the latest studio one.
