Hi all: I have Studio One 5 Pro and will be teaching a free course locally as one of several courses available through the Institute for Learning in Retirement. I have several people enrolled and want to provide advice to them about downloading a demo version. So I have a couple of questions as follows based on my limited understanding of the wording on the Presonus page (it's not very clear)..

1) Does the downloaded demo allow free use of the Professional version for 30 days without any limitations?

2) After 30 days, does it go down to the Prime version but doesn't expire?

Anything else I should know?

Thanks

Yes, yes, no :)

Well maybe that Prime is limited to 2x2 input/output interfacing. So you can have as many tracks as you like but recording is limited to 2 mono tracks or 1 stereo track at a time.

Thank you for the answer!!! I can now tell my students those details. Unfortunately, I'm running Studio One 5 and have not upgraded to version6 but my students will download version 6 which is a little different from version 5. Oh well, I'll do the best I can
