I have just added Native Instruments Kontakt 7 and an S88 Kontrol to my studio setup and I am looking for realistic Kontakt compatible sound libraries with country instruments for recording country music demos. It doesn't seem NI focuses on these types of instruments in their libraries and I don't see the need to purchase Komplete Standard for that reason.
I am looking for any suggestions from anyone using libraries they think are realist and which sit well in a country ballad or country pop mix. I have already purchased the Pedal Steel Guitar from Impact Sound Works and it sounds great. Looking for keys and stringed instruments now. Thank you in advance for your suggestions. Barry

Answering for the end goal - creating for country music - rather than what Kontakt libraries to suggest (although Indiginus is an excellent choice in that category).
Have you looked at Band in a Box? Crazy amount of sounds and capabilities within that for country music, bluegrass and more. Not my preferred flavor of music but that tool has depth in that category. |
