Studio One on a Laptop with Windows Audio is as good as using Logic Pro on a MBP with CoreAudio and the built-in sound card.


in theory -- yes. in practice, well, most (if not all) built-in laptop audio interfaces on modern Windows laptops go only to 48k. on Macs it's 96k. so, if you master your projects in 24/96, like me, built-in audio in a Windows laptop won't suffice, but a MacBook's will.
