A head-up on headphones - the headphone amp really matters, not because of volume, but impedance. Headphone impedances vary all over the place, as do headphone amp outputs. Here's a short excerpt from my Max Your Mix! book, I hope it's helpful:
The headphone’s output impedance determines how much power a headphone needs. This is the same concept as different speakers having different impedances. A typical headphone impedance is 32 ohms, but can be as low as 8 ohms (like a speaker) or as high as hundreds of ohms. Optimum performance with higher-impedance headphones usually requires a dedicated headphone amp. Most headphones are available with a single impedance, but Beyerdynamic offers different impedance options for selected headphones. For example, the DT 880 is a studio favorite. There are separate models for 32, 250, and 600 ohms. Because of the higher impedance, the voice coil can use thinner, lighter wires with more windings. Reducing the voice coil mass improves transient response. Further complications are that headphone models have different sensitivities. Given the same headphone amp level, one set of headphones might sound louder than another. Finally, high-impedance headphones benefit from higher headphone amp output voltages, while low-impedance headphones need headphone amps that can deliver higher electrical currents.

Not that you were asking, but the snare drum ... needs a lot more dynamics. It's all the same volume, and sounds pretty canned. Unless that is what you are going for?
