Still on V4.5.2
Is there any way of setting the default file type for MIDI export? Having to drag a track to Files, and then have to press Alt to make it export a Midi file rather than a MusicLoop is painful, I just want it to default to Midi rather than Musicloop

I always do it from the file menu, you could set up a macro to do that.
Haven't seen a way to change the behavior, they thought musicloop would be used more than midi I guess.

Storage space aside, .musicloops are pretty handy in that preview from the Browser is quick and easy. right-click and Show Package Contents and you can still grab just the MIDI part.
