I've spent 15 minutes (way too long!) on the PreSonus website trying to find a way to upgrade my Studio One 5.5 to version 6 with no success. It either wants to sell me a new version at full price or join Sphere, which is a no go. If anyone knows how to buy the upgrade, let me know. This is not a good business design/model to keep customers.

google gave me this. Hopefully it will work for you

Yup the website (as are these forums) remind me of websites from the 90's. It doesn't give a great impression of a "modern DAW". All would be fine if had usability, but it's just difficult to operate. The Sphere menu is almost impossible to find. The support forms sometimes don't work (where upon the customer gets blamed for "filling it in wrong"), etc.
Intel i9 9900K (Gigabyte Z390 DESIGNARE motherboard), 32GB RAM, EVGA Geforce 1070 (Nvidia drivers).
Dell Inspiron 7591 (2 in 1) 16Gb. Studio One Pro 6.x, Windows 11 Pro 64 bit, also running it on Mac OS Catalina via dual boot (experimental). Presonus Quantum 2626, Presonus Studio 26c, Focusrite Saffire Pro 40, Faderport Classic (1.45), Atom SQ, Atom Pad, Maschine Studio, Octapad SPD-30, Roland A300, a number of hardware synths. |
What you need is our (fender/ preSonus) ... ONE PAGE MAP on how to get around.
