Do any of you guys know a way to do this in S1? Ive looked but see nothing here other than changing the patch but it is still off by one number as well.

YES, I know you can change the patch on but its akin to patch searching until something shows up you like. IF I wanted to change the patch on the unit itself I would do that.

I would LOVE to be able to change my patches on my synths AND SEE THE NAME of the patch in the DAW. Cubase has this and it works well. AND it is saved in the Project as well.

ONLY thing Im missing in S1 really.

You can use Sound Variations to switch pitches on your hardware patchs. You can even convert & load Cubase Patch Scripts or Cakewalk Instrument Definitions. It's one-way, it won't receive the program changes from the hardware, but you can put the patch changes easily in the editor using their names. It's pretty convenient in my opinion.
