Not sure if this would be the proper place to ask. Once I switch over to Apple Silicon will I be able to still use my VST2/3 Plugins that I've been using in Win10 on my M2 Mac running natively in Studio One ?

Typically, major plug-in developers provide Windows and macOS formatted versions. You'll have to download and install Mac versions where available.
Some, many, but probably not all of your plug-ins will run in native silicon mode. You may need to run S1 5.5.2 in Rostetta mode if you need specific plug-ins that are not silicon-ready. Fortunately, Rosetta mode runs pretty efficiently. Here, I run S1 and other apps in native silicon mode with noticable benefits. Depending on compatibility, I run VST3 vs. Audio Units (AU), and AU or VST2 if those are the only choices. |
I run S1 in native mode. Most of my plugins have been updated to run native but for those that haven’t, you can just run the AU version of the plugin and macOS will run an AU container in the background to translate the plugin.
