Here's a thing I don't like:
We have the "Recent Files" list where all the songs are shown I worked on recently.
Clicking on the "Songs" tab I would expect that those songs are also shown there.
This only works for songs when the songs are stored directly under
[PresonusFolder]/Songs not when they are organized in subfolders e.g. for years or bands.

Here's an example:
[PresonusFolder]/Songs/MyAwesomeSong1
[PresonusFolder]/Songs/2022/MyAwesomeSong2
[PresonusFolder]/Songs/2022/Band1/MyAwesomeSong3

Only MyAwesomeSong1 will appear in the "Songs" tab.

How do I write a request for supporting subfolders in the tabs for Songs / Project / Shows?

My system: Win10, Focusrite Scarlett 18i6, Studio One Professional 5.5.1

Recent files can be anywhere on or off your computer, which is even more flexible than a folder structure under the default songs folder.

The songs tab on the start page is limited yes, but that gently nudges you towards using the files structure S1 prefers. I tried songs in subfolders too and found that it left me with lots of copies of the same media files. I try to avoid that now.

And then you have the browser inside a song in S1, which does give you access to all folders on your system and also allows you to open songs from them. So maybe that's something you can use for now :)
