I havent used Studio One in abt a year. But why cant I map keyboard shortcut 'Start and Stop' to spacebar? It will let me map it to one or the other. I know this question is rudimentary, but it wld help with my workflow greatly. Thanks in advance.

The Space bar normally toggles eg press once for start and then press again for stop. For this to happen the spacebar needs to be mapped to - Transport- Toggle Start.

On the numeric keypad Enter is the start command the Num Pad 0 is the stop command.

Additionally, you may want to look at your playhead settings which will determine if it returns to the start once stopped or "pauses".
