Hello!
I have an Audiobox 22vsl. The mic is connected to channel 1 and the guitar is connected to channel 2. I can hear them both thru my headphones connected to the back of the Audiobox. However Studio One is not showing any signal on my PC. When creating a new song in Interfaces, I have tried selecting AudioBox USB and AudioBox 22vsl but neither seems to work. My PC sound settings for Output and Input are both set to AudioBox 22VSL. My PC can even hear the microphone when I run the test. My Studio One 3.5.6.46910 version is updated to the most recent version. Please help me discover why Studio One won't receive a signal but my PC will. Thank you!

Please update your signature with your specs (windows version?).

Have you installed the latest version of "universal control" and updated the drivers and firmware with it?

Studio One Pro 6.x, Windows 11 Pro 64 bit, also running it on Mac OS Catalina via dual boot (experimental).
Presonus Quantum 2626, Presonus Studio 26c, Focusrite Saffire Pro 40, Faderport Classic (1.45), Atom SQ, Atom Pad, Maschine Studio, Octapad SPD-30, Roland A300, a number of hardware synths.

I am working on a ThinkPad Intel Core i9 2.4GHz, 8 cores, with Windows 10 Enterprise. 64GB ram and a GeForce RTX 2070 Super with Max-Q Design. I am not familiar with universal control but will look it up and report back here later today. Thanks for the tip!

You can update your signature by clicking red text below if needed (it’s a good help if further problems arise)
Also I would recommend reading the manual on the VSL22 and Studio One if not already done.
