Hi folks!

Finally getting around to putting together my first home studio in years (and my first one ever that will be computer based...)

I have some questions regarding hard drives, so I get it right from the beginning...
Would love some feedback, suggestions, recommendations

The basics:
I just got Studio One 5 Pro
I'm getting a decent windows 10 laptop with 1 hard drive: M.2 NVMe™ PCIe® 3.0 SSD

Will be recording maximum 8-10 tracks simultaniously.
The laptop has one more free hard drive slot; a 2,5" where I could stick another SSD drive.
Then, there's always external SSD drives to be added...

So, question is; How many hard drives, and what goes on each drive? What about:
1) Internal SSD for software only (Windows, Studio One and others)
2) Internal SSD for audio files
3) External SSD for backup

Regards/Stephen
