I'm having an issue with Studio One sometimes getting into a state where it freezes up every couple of seconds, then unfreezes again. This continues on endlessly until I shut it down and restart.
It seems to be triggered by my using external MIDI devices -- whether hardware or software external MIDI somehow, especially if I turn these on and off or reconnect them. I am wondering if the MIDI engine isn't resetting all the time or some sort of detection routine running again and again. Well I don't know. I will try to reliably reproduce it. I'd like to be able to always cause it easily to submit a better bug report. In the meantime, I know there's some sort of log files you can get on a crash. But the last time I looked all the logs looked practically empty -- am I missing something, or do I have to turn on logging somehow when starting up the program for the log files to have something in them?
