I'm trying to record some incoming audio into Studio One 4.6.1.55987 via my Presonus Studio 26, and it doesn't seem to record anything (from either input 1 or 2). I can hear the incoming audio via headphones (from the Studio 26), have armed the track-record, but nothing's recording or showing in the mix faders.

Does anyone know what this might be? Is it a driver issue? Because, my Studio 26 seems to be relaying MIDI out of Studio One OK. I did recently take a few MIDI drivers out of the registry recently (I was trying to resolve a Korg driver issue). Could it be that. i assumed Studio One would restore any missing drivers on startup.

First you select the interface:
https://s1manual.presonus.com/#Setup_To ... 257C_____2

Then Setup I/O
https://s1manual.presonus.com/#Setup_To ... 257C_____3

That's what you would see on a track input: what you setup in I/O.

You have to have the track monitor button on to hear incoming audio, if you can hear it you can record it.

Ah, that's it! (facepalm). Didn't think to check this, as it's always defaulted to the interface in the past. It was set to Windows Audio, so I changed it to Studio USB. Thanks!
