I've got grouped tracks, for the purpose of editing, but when I have to process the channels, they need different plugins. To make a single channel of a group perform an action, the manual says to use Alt+button, but this doesnt work.
How do I add a plugin to one single channel of a group? |

Click on the suspend group icon to temporarily suspend the group. (it turns orange) See attached image. Add the effect you want to the desired track within the group, normally by dragging onto that one track. Then click on the suspend group icon again to put all the tracks back into the group.
