"Scene Mismatch" after updating to 5.4

So, after updating to v.5.4 (Studio One Pro), on my latest song, all of my recallable scenes now read "mismatch". When I hover over, they each say "Scene does not match channels".
So, I didn't change any channel settings. I simply opened my latest song in 5.4.
Can anyone explain what might be going on?
