Boss RC-500 sync loop to Studio One

Any RC-500 users out there?
I've got the RC-500 sync'd to studio one over USB no prob.
I'm trying to record a loop to a drum kit, but go over the loop time at the end so i can record a tag or a big chord as an ending.
is there any way to make the RC-500 re-trigger based on the studio one loop?
Currently it keeps playing the ending and then restarts the loop putting everything out of time. Would be awesome if it would just re-trigger the start time of the RC-500 when the studio one loop happens.
