Hi everybody!

I would like to know if there is a way to have a preview for instrument-presets in the browser.
There is a preview for audio files and loops, but I did not find any for the presets.

Could you please help me?
Thanks in advance!

I think there is not a good way. You can create a loop, but it is more effort.

Maybe you also want to vote for this feature:

Now I started the maybe only way at the moment and found a routine. Here a small howto:

- Create a new track with instrument you like
- Keep a loop of one bar
- Add a note (e.g. C) for the whole bar
- Drag and drop the Event (that is the block holding the midi) to the file browser in a personal folder

What happended? It creates a loop which is also a preview. But you can now reverse drag and drop it to a new track and it will also add the instrument.

I applied this by a stupid 4 clicks and copy paste existing note to a track and got now dozends of previews of my favorite instruments.

To make it more convinient in the file browser, you can right click on your folder and mount it as a soundset and then it can be found in the loops section.
