Hello.
I almost jumped out of my skin just now, a very loud note maxed out my master bus. it is just one place in my entire song, and i have narrowed it down to a clicking sound on a blank mono track with some layers underneath. I have å Proeq on my master bus, and this apparently turns the little click into a full fledged brown monster-note(attached) The origin track shows -50 db, and maxes out AND ducks away (at different times) I can probably fix it by removing the track, and plugin, but i want to know how to fix it if it happens again.

The 'Brown Note', perchance?

You might want to check this thread out (link below). They have been chasing a random loud noise for years but have been unable to reproduce it consistently. It would be great if you could!

It would be great if you could! That's correct. I was able to reproduce it a year ago in two songs with just a single audio event and unfortunately Support couldn't get it to happen for them. Please save that song and don't edit it. Maybe it can be sent to Support and they can finally fix this rare but annoying issue. |
