Studio One Exchange not working properly

Hey, is it me or does the Exchange Cloud function in S1 (Artist) not working properly?
I can browse through the files and that is no problem. But when I click 'Install', for example BBC-OC plugin keyswitches, it doesn't respond, And no installation either. Also checked for a silent install and continued checking the keymapping settings for the plugin, containing the keyswitch files, but also empty.
I restarted, rebooted, but nothing.
What am I missing here, guys? Thanks in advance!
