After uninstalling what you don't need or want anymore, delete the .dll from the plugins folder and go to Studio One Options-->Locations-->VST Plugins and click on the Reset Blacklist button.

Ok,the reset blacklist button,and then?I don't see anything what i can do?I need that a softsynth can be removed,the demo's actual. In the manual they don't explain it.

Double click the Macintosh HD icon-->Library-->Audio-->Plug-Ins and delete the plugins that you don't need anymore, look for the plugin inside these folders, (Components, VST, VST3), then go to Studio One Preferences [command]/[,] Locations-->VST Plugins and click the Reset Blacklist button.
