Hi,

I own the "Artist" edition of Studio One v5, and I am confused about something I saw in the reference manual.

When you open the reference manual and check "Mastering" -> Metering", the screenshot on the top of the page shows a LUFS indication.

Is this something that is only available in the "Professional" edition? Because when I add the Spectrum Meter to a channel, it looks totally different from that picture.

I've added two screenshots to illustrate the difference.

If this is only available in the "Professional", I'm gonna be greatly disappointed :(

The manual section your looking at is referencing the spectrum and level meter found in the project page. Whereas you are looking the plugin spectrum on its own in your own session. You can load the level meter too to get loudness.

Sorry, but I don't see that meter on my project page either.

This is my entire screen. It's not there. Do I need to enable something in the "View" menu to make it visible? I can't find "Spectrum Meter" in the "View" menu either...

Ah, you don't get the Project page with S1 Artist. It's a pro feature by the looks of it. Aren't both the spectrum and meter plugins avaliable in artist? Spectrum is, so if there's any problem getting LUFS readings you can always grab a copy of youlean loudness meter. It's pretty good, free, and definitely worth getting if you don't have it already. https://youlean.co/youlean-loudness-meter/

Try inserting the Level Meter and then select the R128 button to see LU and LUFS.

They were indeed hidden at the R128 button! Thanks! :-)
