I've recently purchased a Palmer Daccapo reamp box. I've tried using it to send a DI track to a guitar amp, but there's no sound, so I must be doing something wrong.

I've tried muting all the other tracks, choosing outputs 1-2 for the main, then connecting the reamp box to line output 1. I've also tried fiddling with the output/volume controls both on my interface and the reamp box itself.

I've searched the web for an answer to this, but all the articles/posts I could find explain how to reamp using Pipeline. I'm using Studio One Artist, so I don't have access to Pipeline.

Any advice on how to do this would be much appreciated.

I'm using a Windows 10 computer, Focusrite Clarett 2Pre USB, Palmer PAN02 DI and Palmer Daccapo reamp box.
