I've been using Studio One 5 Pro since Sphere came out as a Sphere member. Suddenly today I open Studio One 5 and I have been downgraded to Artist. What has happened and how do I rectify this issue.

Ok. So what do I do to tell Studio One that I have Professional?
When I click the Help menu and chose About Studio One. A box appears. At the top it says Studio One Artist. Halfway down the box it says Presonus Sphere has been activated on this computer. I'm confused. It knows I have Sphere so why am I on Artist. What do I do? Where do I click to reactivate Professional? |
On the Studio One menu...
Try activations. See if it changes when you activate with Presonus Sphere Curious what it does when you do that. You can open a ticket for general principles if it doesn't snap out of it. Just click on Support Ticket in my signature:

Please add your specs to your SIGNATURE. Search the STUDIO ONE 6 ONLINE MANUAL. Access your MY.PRESONUS account. OVERVIEW of how to get your issue fixed or the steps to create a SUPPORT TICKET. Needs to include: 1) One Sentence Description 2) Expected Results 3) Actual Results 4) Steps to Reproduce. Cheers. Yes
Studio One - Studio One Activation - Activate with Presonus Sphere. That solved the problem. Still don't know why it happened in the first place. |
I wonder... Sphere isn’t just Studio One so you may have to look for ‘Sphere’ rather than for Studio One in your account. Also, when contact is lost to the Sphere mother ship for some time then Studio One may revert to the product licenses in your account, including the number of activations you’re using.
