Hello I signed up for Sphere on Friday after customer support was closed.
only to find out I can't run Studio One 5 on mac OS Catalina 10.15.7
I refuse to downgrade to the previous OS, and yes I am a noob
and not super technically savvy,which is why people told me to they love
Studio One,so i want to try it.
Says I can only run Studio One Version 4.5.4 on Catalina
but I can't find a download link anywhere.
Not sure if any versions (including demo)
of Studio One 4 are compatible besides Version 4.5.4?
This experience has already turned me off, because customer service support
is crucial,and usually my deciding factor on which software/hardware I buy.
Why doesn't it say in big bold letters on top of the downloads page :
"Not compatible with Mac os Catalina"?
Every music website seems to be guilty of this.

If you own version 4 then it will be available for download in your my products section.
No way to get it through Sphere that I know of.
