I also cannot work because of sounds cuts. You should be aware of this latency issue on plugins. latency is broken in 5.0. even if I just open the browser, I will get this problem. There are a lot of scenarios in which the problem appears. Have a conscience. you have to fix the studio one we pay money for it. This is not only my problem, we tested it on 15 different PCs of different people. It's doedn't workble now.

I had a problem with the Studio 192 interface. I didn't post about it, I opened a ticket. I went back and forth multiple times with support because they were unable to reproduce it, until I eventually provided a clue that allowed PreSonus to reproduce the issue and isolate the problem. Two weeks later there was a firmware update, and the problem was solved.

All you have to do after opening a V4 song file in V5, is do a SAVE AS and simply add 'V5' at the end of the song title. Then you have got both.

Sphere menu navigation is a nightmare: https://sphere.presonus.com/home Once you are in click the globe icon at the top of the page, in the middle of a menu (a hidden "Easter egg" ) which will display the support button. Or do what I do, avoid the menu navigation spaghetti altogether (sorry Presonus but your website portals are an absolute rodent maze, and gives off an image from the 1990s, much like how these forums look!) and just go to their support portal. https://support.presonus.com/home - submit a request top right hand corner. If you don't see it, sign in and try the link again If you already created a ticket check that it hasn't been closed. Btw we only just discussed this, troubleshooting should be on its own seperate thread and not here.

williamhajjar wroteLast post here because of the "hijacking". You are not alone. Console 1 has ongoing issues with Studio One. Just when I find a suitable workaround it fails and I have to find another. I just received a response from softube support claiming no one else has reported anything. My issue will usually result in the GUI being corrupted and the only functionality is with the input and output meters. It will even cause my whole system to lag. Sometimes Studio One auto save will run endlessly

When I was considering purchasing it, I searched for “Console 1” on a few Facebook groups and Forums and was blown away how many people were reporting issues with integration in various DAWs. Since that’s the selling point of the whole thing, I declined to invest in their system. |

It’s actually pretty amazing when it works but I have had to Progressively cut aspects of my workflow to accommodate the returning glitches.

I explained it was a customer only forum and one had to have a Presonus product registered. Too bad because he really seemed oblivious to all of these complaints. Probably thought I was exaggerating.
