Now is the time maybe to ask for this annoying trivial bug to be resolved...

Under Options -> Locations.

Under the user data tab the path is always being reset to My Documents\Studio One folder path. I have it under a totally different folder and driver and it keeps getting reset to the default.

Exactly the same with the Sound Sets and Instrument Library folders, I keep changing them to my locations, and it keeps adding extra folder paths I don't want.

I then go to Studio One -> Studio One Installation and then I have to keep correcting the folder paths from there.

So it's a bit of a PITA if you don't accept the defaults. thx.

Anybody having issues with Komplete Kontrol keyboard DAW functions? I lost the ability to scroll the playhead with the knob and the Mixer, Quantize, Undo, Metro, Tempo buttons no longer light up nor do they work. They worked prior to update. Shoot... I'm just now thinking... maybe I should reboot the computer. Be right back.

Nevermind. Restart fixed it. Heh

Still waiting for that DPI toggle to return...Can't see my playhead and my Kontakt is tiny AF. WHY WAS THIS OPTION REMOVED?!

This IS annoying. I have got my Soundsets going to a completely different drive. I have created that path. It leaves that alone but adds in two new paths every time. I have to be careful here and have to pull out the two extra paths every time I install a new Soundset otherwise I am not sure where it will install it.

For the locations issue, I am not seeing that on my Windows side.
Can you screen shot what you are seeing?

My case:

- I choose menu item "Studio One installation"
- I see that the install path is: Users/myname/Documents/Studio One
- I change that to another preferred location (in my case, on an external SSD drive).
- I close S1
- I open S1
- I choose menu item "Studio One installation"
- I see that the install patch is: Users/myname/Documents/Studio One

So the issue is that my preferred set folder location in the Studio One Installation Window is not remembered, it defaults back

For me this is with the Soundsets install locations only this issue. Plugin locations are all fine on both machines for me. For Soundsets, this happens on my iMac V5 setup and also on my Win 7 4.6.2 setup as well.

On my iMac a new Soundset is only supposed to go to what I call my iMac Storage drive. You can see here every time I boot up Studio One it adds in the two extra locations.

On my WIn 7 machine they are only meant to go to my E drive. But as you can see it adds in an unwanted D drive and C Drive location as well.

So on both machines I have to manually remove the unwanted locations before I install a new Soundset.

° Same behaviour.
And studio one installation path never defaults to the options, and besides we only get one file path for multiple items.
