Recently purchased new desktop and S1 4.6.1 running Win 10.
Had issue with audio engine stopping/freezing btw 20-35 min of use with any type of playback/edit, Midi or audio - didn't matter. Quick solution was to just change the audio interface to the next sample rate either higher or lower....both worked.
The real fix....

msconfig.exe, services tab, disable "Dell support assist remediation"

S1 working great now with all the normal apps running in the background too!
