I have all audio from my computer set to play through my audio interface. Is it then possible to get a song from Apple Music, Spotify, etc. to play in S1 on the master track?

Studio One 4.6.1 Pro, Mac OS 10.14, 3.6GHz 8-Core i9, 64GB RAM, Clarett 8Pre Thunderbolt, MOTU MIDI ExpressXT

Presonus, I’m still human! Please find a better security method, please. Or at least take me back where I was after.

And where the hell is my avatar?!? I get a little jelly seeing everyone else's.

If your audio interface has a loopback input then computers sounds would show up in S1.

I have a Focusrite Clarett 8pre and will check, right after I find out what a loopback input is.

A loopback is just the main outputs of your audio interface sent to an input.

There might be another way, this was just one way.

Thanks! I don't think mine has this feature, unless I'm missing something.

S1 suggestion maybe? Computer's audio as input for channels/tracks.

Audacity has this feature but not Studio One.
See this "How To" for Audacity (see Option 2).
And see this for the "virtual" method.

I use Audacity when at work to record and trim audio files only because I've been to lazy to install Studio One (which is over-kill for what I do).

And...
You can always drag and drop an mp3, Flac, Wav, etc., onto your Studio One song and it'll create a new audio track and be available there. ;)

If you've not already done so... Please add your Signature & Gear Spec's to your Profile Here.

That's pretty easy on macOS. Use Soundflower: https://soundflower.en.softonic.com/mac and set it as your default OS playback device in Audio Midi Setup, and you can send the computer audio into anything. See the image example below of BandCamp playing into a Studio One track:
