Hey all.
I'm on an old version, i know. 3.5 Pro. I have one song, where SO just fails all the time. I thought it was my HD, so saved it to a new folder - same problem. Audio just stops, like the audio engine flakes out and then I have to force quit Studio One. I'm working on several different songs and none of them has a problem - this one song though, it's been getting worse. Two weeks ago i could work on it for an hour, then it would "lock". Now it's whenever i do anything. This is the log from the settings folder: 019/09/30 20:24:34.921 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:24:34.925 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:24:34.929 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:24:34.966 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:24:34.970 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:24:34.975 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:33:57.647 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:33:57.651 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:33:57.655 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:33:57.691 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:33:57.696 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:33:57.699 [Warning] (Studio One 3): Huge parameter list in generic editor! 2019/09/30 20:34:34.416 [Warning] (araservice): ARA Assert category -1 problematicArgument 140732769329080 diagnosis "properties->durationInModificationTime > 0.0" 2019/09/30 20:34:34.416 [Warning] (araservice): ARA Assert category -1 problematicArgument 140732769329080 diagnosis "success && "verifying properties failed"" 2019/09/30 20:34:34.416 [Warning] (araservice): ARA Assert category -1 problematicArgument 0 diagnosis "provided object ref is invalid" 2019/09/30 20:34:34.467 [Warning] (araservice): ARA Assert category -1 problematicArgument 140732769329080 diagnosis "properties->durationInModificationTime > 0.0" 2019/09/30 20:34:34.467 [Warning] (araservice): ARA Assert category -1 problematicArgument 140732769329080 diagnosis "success && "verifying properties failed"" 2019/09/30 20:34:34.467 [Warning] (araservice): ARA Assert category -1 problematicArgument 0 diagnosis "provided object ref is invalid" 2019/09/30 20:34:34.480 [Warning] (araservice): ARA Assert category -1 problematicArgument 140732769329080 diagnosis "properties->durationInModificationTime > 0.0" 2019/09/30 20:34:34.480 [Warning] (araservice): ARA Assert category -1 problematicArgument 140732769329080 diagnosis "success && "verifying properties failed"" 2019/09/30 20:34:34.480 [Warning] (araservice): ARA Assert category -1 problematicArgument 0 diagnosis "provided object ref is I use Melodyne in the song, seems like there is an ARA thing going on? (Melodyne is latest version) I know the general rule is to reset everything. At the moment I'm reluctant to do that - it's a big mix, not meant in channels and fx, but in a band capacity (everyone's voice was heard, so... You know the deal, lots of compromises) - And I know I don't have any "rogue" plugins running... Have been through every channel, but will happily go through them again. Hope someone can help out? Must be a plugin somewhere, right? |
Woop, forgot the stats:
MacBook Pro from late '14 - OSX 10.14.3, RME Babyface on newest firmware and driver No harddrive problems what so ever anywhere else. Mostly on the song in question i use built-in Presonus plugs, and the Waves Scheps Omni Channel, also a Softube reverb. But nothing else fancy, no freeware plugs (people should support freeware developers!) I use the same plugs - Waves Scheps and Softube on all other songs as well, so i don't think it's that. |
You will have to file a FOIA form.
