Starting half way through a song, I want to move blocks of audio and midi along the timeline - just by 1/4 of a bar. I can easily do this by setting the snap, selecting the blocks of audio and midi and dragging 1/4 of a bar.

If I do this, will all the automation nodes also move by the same amount? That's what I need to happen - if the automation doesn't move, is there a simple way to do this?

Note that when Audio Events or Instrument Parts are moved, any underlying Track automation is moved along with the Events, by default. To disengage this option, see the Studio One/Options/Advanced (Mac OS X: Preferences/Advanced) menu and uncheck the Automation Follows Events option.

Oh, that's what that option is for!

Quick question: If that option is turned off, is there a hotkey to
temporarily engage it?
