You need to put your system specs in your signature.

Describe your problem, what you did, what you tried, etc.

Learn how your interface works, the internal routing. It probably has a zero latency feature which is direct monitoring.

So you plug in you guitar to the interface then it will send it right to the output that you hear.

You have to turn that off and monitor through S1, through the track you created with the insert on it. Monitor button has to be on to hear anything through a track.

Then you would hear that effect.
