Perhaps they've fixed the Atom manual and VST scanner? Polyphonic aftertouch is here?
Intel i9 9900K (Gigabyte Z390 DESIGNARE motherboard), 32GB RAM, EVGA Geforce 1070 (Nvidia drivers).
Dell Inspiron 7591 (2 in 1) 16Gb. Studio One Pro 6.x, Windows 11 Pro 64 bit, also running it on Mac OS Catalina via dual boot (experimental). I seriously hope their developers (product and/or software) are not wasting their time writing manuals... that's another department's job.

Oh this is a developer announcement is it and not from the manual dept? I see. Just a few paragraphs need updating for clear errors, hardly gonna take a massive drain on the company. Has been reported and forgotten about. Yes documentation matters.

The master fader button is now blue. That's it.
Okay, move along folks. Nothing to see here. Don't make me get out the water cannons and pepper spray to better serve and protect you. :p
Studio One Pro (v5) on i7 7700 win10 PC w16GB RAM and a Mac Pro Tower (w/RME & Focusrite interfaces.)
I use S1 as an author/musician/multi-media artist. My work includes the newly released: Clearing a Path to Joy (And finding contentment along the way) [AuroraSkyPublishing.com] and my upcoming music video, Too Big To Fail, which introduces Citizen Based Social Planning — "the next step in the evolution of democracy." You know...typical everyday stuff. |
More new decal skins?

OK apparently the cat is out of the bag... Thanks to a GearSlutz member... it's all about full Nektar integration...

The ability to colour the fader buttons is something I've asked for on a number of occasions but I didn't expect to have to riot to get it...! Water cannon and pepper spray - meh... bring it on, anything but the comfy chair.
Windows 10 Pro/i7 6800k @3.4Ghz/16Gb ram. Studio One 6 Pro, Melodyne Editor, Vocalign Project 5, Superior Drummer 3, Izotope Music Production Suite 6, Komplete 13 and various other plugins. Focusrite Saffire Pro 40, Faderport, Focal Alpha 50's, Korg Pa3x, Korg Pad Kontrol, numerous guitars, basses & other antiquated outboard gear.
Maybe one day I'll actually finish a project! |
wow the integration with the Nektar stuff is going to be pretty deep.
Not in my lane, but very cool nonetheless! It's always encouraging to see a product moving forward and getting support from outside manufacturers. |
Saw it was still just a track previous/next thingy to navigate tracks.
When is a simple hold a shift, kind of button, and press any key on keyboard to select and activate a specific track arriving? That would be so useful. Thinking <shift> E3 and that is corresponding to a track number, then d# is the track before that one and directly go to tracks as you soon get acustomed to. I mean this mouseover - it does not do anything for me. When mouse is there on the track and control - why not just turn mouse wheel to rotate knob or similar. This is what you do now. The biggy is track navigation, I think. Then timeline navigation is markers previous/next for me to find a spot. If getting multiple marker tracks for various purposes in update soon - that would really be nice. I'm thinking getting layers on marker track. |

I was also under the impression that ARA2 will be simply called ARA. I believe that Reaper uses "ARA2" How wrong am I? . |
PreAl wrote... And therefore not really worthy of a high profile marketing campaign, no ? |

Yup you got it, obviously it's about manual amendments and obviously I am deadly serious. Waste of money otherwise...

ARA? It will be much better if it is something completely different since I don't use audio at all
However, if that is what it has to be, then so long as any resultant updates don't break the rest of S1, I'm fine

So if it's Nektar, why not Komplete Kontrol as well? I think that has as big of / bigger user base than Nektar.
