Is there a vocal harmonizer effect in Studio One or do I have to purchase a Digitech or TC Helicon processor to get those lush harmonies for female vocals? Do anyone know of any plug-ins with a vocal harmonizer or have any tips to obtain those lush harmonies with the Studio One effects?

No.

If you get the higher levels of Studio One, you get Melodyne Essentials which can be used to generate a harmony. But nothing that does it in real time.

I use Voicelive Touch to record harmonies real time into studio one. This works really well for me.
