I can't get the impact xt soundset to load.

I have the file downloaded.

Windows shows it in my sound sets folder

I've done all the things suggested in this thread.

ie, double clicked the soundset
or dragged it into S1
and also tried the installer.

Done all this lots of times on different occasions.

I get all the old Impact soundsets fine, plus all other soundsets for other S1 instruments, inc purchases like PSO etc.

It's just this one soundset that doesn't load.

The S1 installer shows impact xt kit as installed.

I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling it, deleting & replacing the file, and every combination of possibility I can think of.

I can't see what I'm doing wrong.

The only thing I can imagine is the downloaded file is somehow corrupt. which is why I've included a screenshot of my soundsets folder.

The only difference I can see is that it says ~1.73gb on the presonus download page, while my explorer folder shows 1,689,994gb.

This puzzles me. I've had this problem all year and downloaded the xt soundset maybe 5 or 6 times, with the file size always as shown as 1,689,994

I download using chrome downloads

Please help.

Any clues welcome
