Presence Content: EP programming strangeness

Has anybody noticed that the Electric Piano patches are programmed strangely in the included E-Pianos and Organ section of Presence? There are some nice Rhodes samples in there, for example in "Ep rhodes clean." But if you hold down the sustain pedal and press the same note over and over in that patch you can end up with about 33 voices playing at once, and getting a sound that sounds like I'm overloading the sound engine within Presence (voices aren't maxed out and cpu is low so I'm assuming that's what it is). A handful of the patches that I've tested also behave this way.
